ZINKOTE 20 is an excellent, extremely quick drying, touch-up, Zinc Rich Paint for COLD GALVANIZING of mild steel parts. Surface to be coated shall be free from oil / grease / dust / dirt / rust & other foreign matters. Promlacq-CG mainly used as high degree Anti-corrosion application, aesthetics; for attaining high gloss and for Touch-up & Reworking applications and for Maintenance of the hot Dip Galvanized Tubes, Angles, threaded portions, Channels, I Beams, MS Gratings, Cable Trays, Screws, Fasteners, Nuts and bolts washers, spacers etc and Steel Buildings , Scaffoldings and formworks, Sub Station structures and Transmission Line Towers. ZINKOTE 20 offers a very tough bright coating & will touch dry within 2-3 Min. Over-coating, if necessary, may be done after 1 hr. This cold galvanizing coating can also be used as an undercoat as it has excellent adhesion to all types of Paints, Lacquers, Epoxies, CRPs etc. One Litre of Promlacq-CG will give 10 – 12 Meters Squares coverage and will deposit 10–15 Microns coating by single coat Spray / Dip. The coated surface Passes 96 Hrs salt spray test & has excellent anti-corrosion.
