Application of M-Three can be conveniently carried out by Brushing / Swabbing, by Dipping & by Spraying. Our Industrial Metal Cleaner can be used by Brush / Spray applications. M-Three shall remove surface rust, and deposit a uniform and light layer of Iron Phosphate coating on the substrate. Allow the surface to dry. DO NOT WASH WITH WATER. This coating shall offer corrosion protection to the base metal and it will also very substantially enhance the paint bonding on the metal. Three in one is a Slight Greenish; Clear Acidic Liquid Specific Gravity 1.09 +/- 0.02 at 25 0C Free of Chlorides Non-flammable, Non-hazardous, Non-toxic and is used at a Concentration of 25 - 50 % with water.
M- K – 81 : This chemical is an acidic Pre-dip solution for components for Manganese Phosphating Treatments.
M-K-81 comprises of Acids, Surfactants, wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors. It is a pale greenish solution, used at a conc. of 5% V/V in water, for a dipping period of 2-5 minutes, at a temp. of 70oC.
M- K – 99 : This chemical is an acidic emulsion cleaner for components for Phosphating process Treatments.
M-K-99 comprises of mild Acids, Surfactants and wetting agents. It is a greenish viscous liquid, used at a conc. of 5% V/V in water, for a dipping period of 2-5 minutes, at a temp. of 60-70oC. This offers excellent cleaning of components.
